Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return the item up to two weeks after receiving your order.

• Only unworn and undamaged items will be taken back in the original packaging with the exception of earrings (in connection with hygiene) and items from the Sale.
• Orders without mention of name and order number cannot be processed either.

• Always state your order number, name and the items you want to return.
• After receiving the items you can expect the return amount on your account within 10 working days.
